Shipping Policy

We ship most of our products from Toronto, Canada using eco-conscious, plastic-free packaging — because the planet deserves better. 

Our art prints (except for not for profit prints) are currently being fulfilled separately and are shipped directly by our print partners (for free!) 

 

📍 Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada, the United States, and select international locations in Europe and Asia.

If your country isn’t listed at checkout, reach out to us — we’ll see what we can do!

 

🚚 Processing Times

All orders are packed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

During new collection drops or sales, things may take a little longer — but we’ll keep you updated if there’s a delay.

 

📫 Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada: 3–12 business days

  • USA: 5–16 business days

  • International: 2–4 weeks (varies by country)

Please note: these are estimates only. Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, delivery times are out of our control.

📦 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

We keep them as affordable as possible and never add handling fees.

💸 Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

📍Tracking Info

You’ll receive the tracking information based on the option you select at checkout.

We offer untracked lettermail option in Canada for stickers, cards, and similar small products to keep things affordable. You will get an email when your order has been shipped.


❗Lost or Delayed Orders

If it’s been more than 3 weeks (Canada) or 4 weeks (USA) or 6 weeks (International) and your order hasn’t arrived, email us at orders@reveriedesign.shop and we’ll find a solution.
